Mobility Assessment & Coaching

Your body is designed to move well — but over time, stiffness, old injuries, training habits, desk work and daily stress can limit how much control you have over your joints.

My mobility assessments are designed to help you understand exactly where your body is restricted, where you lack control, and what you need to work on to move better, feel stronger and reduce unnecessary aches and tension.

As a certified FRC Strength and Mobility Specialist, (FRCms, FRAs, FRis) I use a joint-by-joint approach to assess your active range of motion, movement control, strength at end ranges, and any major limitations that may be affecting how you train, move or feel day to day.

This is not a generic stretching session.

It’s a personalised assessment and coaching process designed to help you build usable mobility — range of motion you can actually control.

Who is this for?

This is ideal if you:

  • Feel stiff, tight or restricted

  • Struggle with recurring aches, niggles or movement limitations

  • Want to improve your squat, overhead position, hips, shoulders, spine or ankles

  • Feel like stretching has never really worked for you

  • Train regularly but want to move better and stay injury-resistant

  • Want a clear plan for improving mobility, not random exercises

What’s included?

During your assessment, we’ll look at how your key joints move, where you have restrictions, and whether you have the strength and control to own your available range.

Depending on your goals, we may assess:

  • Shoulders

  • Spine

  • Hips

  • Knees

  • Ankles

  • Wrists

  • Squat mechanics

  • Overhead mobility

  • Training-specific limitations

From there, I’ll give you a clear plan of action so you know exactly what to focus on and how to improve it.

We have two ways we can work together.

Online Zoom Assessments

Perfect if you want expert guidance from home.

During the Zoom assessment, I’ll guide you through specific mobility screens, observe how you move, identify key limitations, and help you understand what’s holding you back.

You’ll leave with practical exercises and a clear direction for improving your mobility.

In-Person Assessments & Sessions

In-person sessions allow for a deeper assessment, hands-on coaching, more precise exercise adjustments, and a more detailed look at how your body moves under load.

These sessions are ideal if you want a full joint-by-joint assessment, help with specific problem areas, or ongoing mobility coaching alongside your training.
